Patch — service finder agent
Patch is a mobile-first marketplace that helps homeowners quickly find and book trusted home service providers. Instead of searching across Thumbtack, Google, and Yelp, users describe what they need and get matched with a vetted provider. A built-in AI agent turns the messy, time-consuming search process into a fast, guided booking flow.
User Opportunity
Home services are a high-friction category. Users often need help urgently, but the current process is fragmented and stressful. Core pain points include fragmented searchs, user reaching out to every service provider and repeating themselves, comparing the price, timing, expertise themselves.
Key Features
- Conversational search: Users describe their problem through text or through voice in seconds.
- Agent-guided matching: The agent interprets intent and surfaces a ranked shortlist of vetted providers.
- Structured Request Passthrough: Agent creates a structured request to share with service provdier, so users' don't have to repeat themselves

- Trust-forward profiles: Each provider card surfaces clear signals — rating, earliest slot, pricing, distance, trust badges
Marketing Landing Page
Alongside the consumer app, I designed a marketing landing page targeted at two distinct audiences. The page positions Patch not just as a consumer marketplace, but as a foundation other teams can extend.
- Service providers — to register themselves and start receiving structured, intent-rich booking requests.
- Developers — to build agents on top of the Patch platform, plugging into the same matching and routing infrastructure.
