AI agents unlock real value for enterprises, but building them typically required deep technical knowledge, long setup times, and engineering handholding. I designed a guided onboarding flow with progressive disclosure, and validation at every step. Users could grasp the agent building blocks quickly.
Builder Interaction
As lead designer on Agent Builder, I defined the interaction patterns for the builder — anchored on two principles: quick validation at every step, and contextual support exactly when users need it.
Agent Builder Framework
Agent templates was designed a framework to enable several product teams to build on top of it. This framework ensured consistent agent building experienfce across various Salesforce products.
